• Your employer will issue you with your new card
• You will sign a declaration document to state that you received and accepted the Terms and Conditions for the card
• You will then activate your card and choose your own secret PIN using the "IVR" or Voice Recognition service available in:
• English
• Afrikaans
• Isi Zulu
• Se Sotho
• You can at any time:
• Log in to the Diamond Cash website - www.diamondcash.co.za
• Phone Customer Service - 0861 113 673
• SMS for balance - SMS the word balance to 31571

Phone 0861 113 673 and the follow instructions to activate your card and to select your PIN (Personal Identification Number)

VOICE 1:

    Select your language from English, Afrikaans,SeSotho     or isiZulu.

VOICE 2:

    Please enter your 16 digit card number. Please do     not enter spaces between digits.

VOICE 3:

    Please enter date of birth: yyyymmdd.

VOICE 4:

    If South African provide South African ID number or if     non South African provide last four digits of your     foreign Passport number.

VOICE 5:

    Please enter your 4-digit PIN

    Please select a 4-digit PIN between 1 & 9

    NO consecutive numbers

    Please do NOT use your date of birth

    Please confirm your PIN by entering it again.

VOICE 6:

    Your PIN was successfully selected. You may use your     Diamond Cash Card as soon as money is loaded onto     it.
